POLICING 

 

Over 17 years of experience within the Metropolitan Police Service, I have achieved multiple training courses, experienced different teams and units to broaden my horizons and always aiming to learn. Dealing with multiple fatal collisions on the road network as a supervisor. Conducting fast paced intelligence, utilising outside organisations and conducting strategic analysis in order to gain an outcome for families. Received multiple thank you notes, praises from senior leadership teams and external agencies for a vast amount of collisions dealt with. Managing multiple teams with all occupational health issues, leave, personal issues, moral and personal achievements. Whilst dealing with nearly 20/30 police officers at once. I still conducted all the tasks and responsibilities needed each shift, supervising all critical incidents and along with all policing driving incidents that shift.

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER - Fall Line Clothing Company


Having over five years of experience dedicating myself to learning how to build an eco friendly company all to which I spearheaded and set up myself. These companies took a lot of dedication, risk and failures in order to learn and overcome business issues. Taking experience and expertise from policing, I used certain elements in order to structure the company. Furthermore, talking to a multitude of directors and gaining knowledge in order to make sure I mitigate risk. This lead to the first company, being Fall Line Clothing Company being born. Based on ethical clothing designed around skiing and snowboarding. All clothing had been ethically sourced and designed with the environmental factors in mind. Working with multiple charities to also use products to give back to communities who clear oceans, plant new trees and build natural habitats for the eco system. Each product was meticulously planned, road maps made and data analysis on how each product reacts to the consumers. I have found that over they years, planning for all outcomes and looking at the flaws in the company from fresh eyes really helps you develop and prepare for the worst. After a five year span the company was sold to which, profits were reinvested into a new fresh company start up.

DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER - Fall Line Coffee Company

From the sale of Fall Line Clothing Company, percentage of the profits were used to reinvest in a coffee company. This was based off the same ethical process as the last. Sustainable and ethically sourced coffee beans with the process of keeping the carbon footprint down and make sure fair trade is complied with. I was entirely consumed with the project of overseeing all aspects so I knew my company inside and out. Made sure each produce had a story, a story board which could be laid out fully from beginning to end. This company is still growing and connections to new styles of coffee, different beans and stakeholders coming on board. Furthermore, exactly like the last company, giving back to the environment was vital. So further tree planting from percentages of sales, rebuilding habitats and cleaner water allows for our more sustainable future. Working with these charities is not only rewarding, its something to be proud of in a company. To know that each sale of a product allows our future to have a better world.
